FAQ's

1. How is the delivery made?

Our company works with the following courier companies: Fan Courier, Urgent Curier and DPD Curier. The clients have the possibility to track their orders directly on the courier's website (links attached), using their AWB number or the shipping reference. After the telephone confirmation, when the client is informed by one of our sales representatives about the transport costs, the package is dispatched. The client only pays for 50% of the total transportation value, and the rest of 50% by us. Delivery through FanCourier is done within 48h and through Urgent Curier within 24h. With TNT Express we manage to send orders to more remote locations for which the other companies don't have coverage, thus the client receives the package at home, without having to go to the post office or pay for extra miles.

2. How is the payment made?

There are three ways to pay:

Cash on delivery
Online by credit/debit card (20.00 RON transportation tax for all orders)
Bank wire transfer

Payment is made when receiving the package, if you choose cash on delivery. If you choose bank wire transfer, we must first confirm the finalized transfer in order to dispatch the package.

Attention: For bank wire transfer payments, you get free delivery!
Attention: When receiving the package you must not pay extra money on top of what is written on the invoice. If the courier employee requests additional money from you please contact our Sales or Logistics department as a matter of urgency.

3. Are the real prices those displayed online?

All prices are REAL and include all taxes.

4. Do you have shops or showrooms?

We have three stores at the moment:
The Piatra Neamt store is located at Bistritei St., no. 61 (Working hours: Monday - Friday: 11:00 - 19:00, Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00)
The Iasi store is located at Str. Anastasie Panu, nr. 56, Bl B1 (Working hours: Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00, Sunday: Closed)
The Castelfranco Veneto (Treviso) store in Italy is located at Str. Borgo pieve nr. 31A

5. Do I need a special permit to buy an airsoft replica?

The airsoft replicas are not being influenced by the 295/2004 law in Romania, so you do not need a permit to purchase one. Please consult local laws if you are in a different country.

6. Can I order a product that is out of stock?

The client can order an out of stock product, and the order will be put on hold until we receive that certain product, at which moment we will contact you by telephone.

7. What materials are the replicas made of?

Airsoft replicas are made of ABS plastic or metal. For more details, please consult the technical specifications of each product.

8. Can I upgrade a replica after I purchased it?

This type of upgrade can be performed if you request so. You must be aware that our suppliers no longer offer warranty for a weapon that has been modified, so we will not provide any warranty for these modifications.

9. Can I use led/steel BB's with an airsoft replica?

Loading ammunition that is not recommended into airsoft replicas can damage the product and void its warranty.

10. Can I use the replica on the street/ in public places?

The replicas can only be used in especially created training grounds, in order to avoid any injuries.

11. How do I carry the replica from home to the training grounds?

We recommend that you carry your weapon in a specially designed case. Otherwise, you risk misleading the law enforcement.

12. How do I choose shoes/clothes sizes?

To choose the right size please refer to the legend of sizes made available by our suppliers. Also when the order is confirmed by, our sales department employees are available for more details.

13. If I ordered the wrong size can I exchange the product?

To change the product, the customer must return the goods purchased in their packages or in max. 48 hours from the receipt of the package.Transportation charges will be borne by the customer.

14. When will product X be in stock?

Updating stock of a product depends on its brand and dealer from which we order it. The timeframe can vary from 2 weeks to 3 months. Depending on the product, our operators can give you more details.

15. Can I buy producst that are not on the current Airsoft.ro catalogue?

The Airsoft.ro team will do everything possible to bring the desired product. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Please send more information about the product (link, brand, etc.) at the office@airsoft.ro email address.

16. Do the products come with warranty?

The warranty period from which the customer benefits varies depending on the product purchased. In order to benefit from the warranty, the recipient must present himself at the company's headquarters or send though the courier a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate and the original package of the purchased product from us. Otherwise, the client does not benefit from the warranty of the products.

The minimum of warranty offered for a product is 6 months and the maximum is 10 years!

Important: THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR COMPANY AND THEN RESOLD LOOSE THEIR WARRANTY!

17. How will the transaction appear on your statement?

In the case of a card payment, the transaction will appear on your statement with the name airsoft.ro

18. You may cancel an order and refund the amount paid?

Canceling a transaction / undelivered orders can be made by contacting an operator from sales department; also mention that all orders ships only after their confirmation by phone client. If repayment after canceling a transaction card, the issuing bank will release the blocked client's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
